    Product Description

The Lib Tech T.Rice Apex Orca II is a directional all-mountain freestyle snowboard built for advanced to expert riders who want to charge powder, carve hard pack, and hit mountainous side hits on the same run. The Orca C2x directional profile combines a lengthened camber tail for explosive pop and edge control with a central rocker section and extended floaty nose that planes effortlessly in deep powder, while Magne-Traction serrated edge technology bites into hard pack and variable snow where a smooth edge would slip. Techno Pop construction layers unidirectional carbon, 30° carbon Mega X, and magnesium techno fiber bands over a recycled PET bottle and FSC-certified Aspen and Paulownia core, delivering a board that is ultralight yet snappy enough to meet the demands of Travis Rice's Natural Selection-level riding. For the 2027 season the T.Rice Apex Orca II adds Anti Matter 3-D tips and tails that eliminate swing weight, sharpening response through tight, steep technical terrain and making this volume-shifted shape — ride 3–6 cm shorter than your normal board — one of the most versatile directional pow-to-park tools available.

    Features
    • Flex rating 7 out of 10 — stiff enough for confident high-speed carving and charging off-piste, yet responsive enough for freestyle manoeuvres on side hits and park features
    • Orca C2x directional profile (lengthened camber / shortened rocker / lengthened camber hybrid) delivers pop and edge lock underfoot, float through the nose in powder, and a powerful short-radius camber tail for precision in tight, steep terrain
    • Magne-Traction 7-point serrated edge technology maintains reliable grip on hard pack and crud where a standard smooth edge loses traction
    • Techno Pop construction — unidirectional carbon, 30° carbon Mega X, and magnesium techno fiber bands — produces an ultralight, lively ride with exceptional energy transmission from edge to edge
    • Anti Matter 3-D tips and tails reduce swing weight at both ends of the board, increasing manoeuvrability and quickness through technical lines and freestyle approaches
    • Light Weight Anti Matter floaty nose and fish tail shape is volume-shifted — ride this board 3–6 cm shorter than your normal length for increased agility without sacrificing float in powder
    • Terrain ratings: All-Mountain 8/10, Powder 9/10, Park 6/10 — built primarily for big-mountain freestyle riding with crossover capability across groomed runs, backcountry powder, and park
    • Handcrafted at Mervin Manufacturing in Washington State with zero hazardous waste; core uses FSC-certified Aspen, Paulownia, and recycled PET plastic bottles, with an eco sublimated bio beans topsheet
