We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $99. We will use the most efficient shipping method available to your area with most items being shipped within 48 hours.

Returns Policy:
- Online purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- In-store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be presented in their original, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached.
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) must have seals intact.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.
- The return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless there was a shipment error.

I use this backpack regularly for work and love it, great size, a pocket for my laptop, enough pockets to manage other bits and pieces. And durable material not showing any signs of wear at all. The kind of quality I expect from a brand like Oakley, And the team at Auski have bee really great to deal with so would recommend them 100% too
