We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $99. We will use the most efficient shipping method available to your area with most items being shipped within 48 hours.

Please note, we no longer accept shipments to Parcel Lockers unless paid for using PayPal, Zip Pay, or Bank Deposit.

New Zealand Shipping:

• New Zealand orders will carry a $25 shipping charge per item.

• We cannot ship bulky items, hardware, Burton, Anon, or POC products. We apologise for any inconvenience.
• Customers are responsible for VAT.
• Estimate delivery 7-14 business days.

Returns Policy:

• Online purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
• In-store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the original purchase date.
• Items must be presented in their original, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached.
• Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) must have seals intact.
• Proof of purchase is required
• Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.
• The return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless there was a shipment error.
