Starling started up from a spark of innovation and has been growing ever since. Two friends realised at their freezing cold hostel that there was a need for something to help people warm up. They manufactured a collection of knitted bandeaus on their friend’s manual machine, popped them in their shop and they sold out instantly.
From gathering their experiences, improving their skills and using new technologies along with a sense of quality they were able to provide customers with ultimate hats and beanies for the Winter season.

Returns Policy:
- Online purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- In-store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be presented in their original, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached.
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) must have seals intact.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.
- The return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless there was a shipment error.
