    Product Description

Please check Konig's Fit Guide to confirm the correct model and size before ordering.

Important: Snow chain requirements vary by state and destination.

Before purchasing, please review the official snow chain regulations for the area you plan to visit. Requirements in Victoria and New South Wales differ and may depend on your vehicle type, resort, road conditions and whether chains must be carried or fitted.

Victoria: View Victorian alpine resort wheel chain requirements
New South Wales: View NSW snow driving and chain requirements

Please ensure the chains you purchase are suitable for your vehicle and compliant with the requirements for your intended destination.

Designed for car and passenger vehicles with minimal clearance, the Konig K-Slim Snow Chains feature Konig’s 7mm hardened steel links rather than traditional 15mm links.

The K-Slim chain is made specifically for cars with very limited clearance and is designed to reduce dynamic elevation to help avoid interference between the chain and wheel arch. The K-Slim also includes plastic bumpers to help protect the alloy rims featured on many cars with this type of wheel.

The "2 Stop" Manual Tensioning System allows the chains to be first fitted to the wheel. The vehicle must then be rolled forward before the chains can be checked and tightened. The K-Slim comes in a plastic hard case for easy storage, and we recommend keeping a pair of gloves in the case to help avoid cold, wet and dirty hands when fitting.

Please note snow chains are currently on pre-order. Shipment depends on availability with the supplier.

Please check your chain size and car manual for vehicle-specific instructions before ordering. Contact us if you are unsure of the size or type of chain required.

Snow chain warranty/guarantee does not cover chains used on a vehicle fitted with a wheel/tyre size combination that is not approved for snow chains by the manufacturer, as outlined in the vehicle owner’s manual.
